Meeting called to order at 9:02 a.m.

Frank Chesen, Dan Ellison, Scott Haldeman present.

Agenda posting were by put up by Bill Markut.

Motion by Haldeman seconded by Chesen to approve minutes from March 3,1999. Motion passed unanimously.

Chesen will get ahold of the owner of the land next to the rubber bridge who has paperwork on removing the rubber bridge to see what it is all about. We will meet with the Scotty and some of the mud hens on Sunday at 1:00 to try to measure out the lot lines for his property.

On new business, we are going to start looking into the possibility of lake restoration grant money.

Nothing new on the Surveys, waiting for the grant money before we will do anymore on that.
